Create a sketch on the glass with the help of lead. Or to create design you can use tracing paper. Place glass on the top of the sketch. Make layout on the glass with calligraphy pen. After drying fill the glass paint of your desired color in the sketch of the painting. Let it dry for a night.
For the desired shades let dry the first color then go for the second one and allow it dry. Then take aluminum foil slightly larger than the glass. Squeeze it and then lay it out and crush it again. This will add crinkle. Put the glass with painted face up in the frame. Cover back with aluminum foil, which will give the tinsel‘s effect.
